Terms of use

These terms explain the current MVP scope of PDF Upload Fixer. The tools help prepare files in the browser, but users remain responsible for checking and submitting the final documents.

Service scope

PDF Upload Fixer provides client-side tools for compression attempts, image-to-PDF conversion, and safer filenames. The app does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, or official filing advice.

User responsibility

  • Choose files only when you have the right to process them.
  • Open and review every output file before submitting it anywhere.
  • Confirm that the receiving portal accepts the generated file.
  • Keep your own backups of original documents.

Limitations

The tools do not promise a specific file size, visual result, upload acceptance, or successful submission to any third-party website. Compress PDF is a beta feature and works best with scanned or image-heavy PDFs.

Prohibited use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not use it to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Do not attempt to attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not present generated files as verified by PDF Upload Fixer.

Advertising status

The current MVP does not include advertising code or ad placements. If advertising is added later, it must be clearly separated from navigation and tool actions.
