Compress PDF is a beta feature for scanned or image-heavy PDFs. The final file size depends on the source pages, images, and selected target. A smaller result is not promised, and a result near a selected limit may still be rejected by another website.

Upload acceptance

Upload portals can have their own rules for file size, page count, file type, filename, image quality, or document content. PDF Upload Fixer cannot verify those third-party rules for every service.

User checks

Open the downloaded PDF or renamed file before submitting it.
Check that pages are readable and in the expected order.
Keep the original files as backups.
