Files stay in your browser
PDF Upload Fixer is built around local browser processing. The MVP does not send your documents to a server or require an account.
What is not collected
- File contents are not sent to a server.
- File names and file sizes are not sent to Google Analytics by the app.
- No account, login, or cloud storage is used.
- No file history is kept by the app.
How downloads work
When a tool creates a result, the browser makes a temporary Blob URL for that result and triggers a local download. The app then revokes that temporary URL after the download action.
What stays local
- The source files you select.
- The generated PDF or renamed file before download.
- The filename suggestion shown in the Safe Filename tool.
- The temporary Blob URL used for the browser download.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
PDF Upload Fixer uses Google Analytics to understand page-level usage, such as page views and basic browser information. Selected file contents, file names, and generated files are not sent to Google Analytics by the app. No ad placements are currently active. If advertising is added later, this page will be updated before ad code is added to explain which advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers for ad delivery and measurement.
Privacy contact

Current MVP scope
- No accounts.
- No payments.
- No ad placements are currently active.
- Google Analytics is used for page-level usage measurement.
Browser-side processing still means your browser needs temporary access to the files you choose. Avoid using shared devices for private documents.
